With over 15 years of professional culinary experience, James launched a cook-at-home service during lockdown. What began as a creative response to challenging times has grown into a service and brand celebrated for fresh ingredients, high quality food, and genuine client care. Today, James and his team continue to develop dishes that showcase passion for flavour, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.

Our Story
After many years working as a chef, I became frustrated with poor food standards and unhealthy working practices in the industry. I wanted to create something better—somewhere food quality comes first, creativity is encouraged, and staff are treated with respect. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to set those standards and build a positive culture from the ground up.
