Workshops I help companies and team leaders bring their teams together through creative calligraphy workshops designed for mindfulness, confidence and fun, adding a little bit of joy (and calm!) to a hectic work schedule. Workshops are suitable for beginners, so everyone can take part in a creative, nurturing environment, and create something personal to them, or as part of a theme, from easy to follow templates provided. Neat handwriting is not a prerequisite! Everyone will be guided step-by-step to learn the calligraphy essentials, and how to create our own unique styles, and throughout the session, some lovely hand-lettered pieces. It’s all about enjoying the process - my focus is on nurturing the 'doing and creating' rather than aiming for perfection in one afternoon! I have 7 years experience teaching fun, hands-on modern calligraphy workshops to groups, individuals and teams at corporate events - from 1 hour drop-in sessions at tech companies, to 3 hour wellbeing workshops at universities, team-building workshops are a great way for colleagues to have a bit of creative fun together. All the materials needed are provided.
