I have always been passionate about food and did 3 years training at Brooklands catering college, followed by over 15 years in Hospitality catering in high end establishment across London and Surrey. In 2013 I bought a Butchers shop and have been running that business up until 2026 alongside doing event catering. In August 2026 I made the change to full time event catering. I specialise in BBQ / Open fire cooking but can also offer all aspects of catering. Formal weddings to relaxed garden parties. I have a number of contacts within the hospitality industry so can help arrange front of house staff, hire of cutlery/crockery, glassware, tables, entertainment etc.
