Terrible - DO NOT BOOK!
We booked 2 henna artists for £250 and only one turned up. There was no communication beforehand to say this would be the case. We were charged £215 for one artist which I don't think is reasonable. Half the service should mean half the price - I didn't argue on the day as I didn't want to ruin my own henna party. What really surprised me was that there was no communication so it was an unpleasant surprise and I was quite upset. There was no message after I provided private feedback on here and no real apology.
Amazing service - we are very happy
It was a fantastic service from Jamila. Myself and my husband were very very happy with how much the children and the adults enjoyed themselves at the party. The face painting was a 10/10 and I’m so glad I booked JM because the quality of the face paint and the designs were amazing
