I started out making Health foods, sauces and marinades around 10 years ago. This progressed to street food in markets and festivals. All of which we still do. The business has expanded to a presence in online food delivery service on Uber Eats Deliveroo and Food Hub and catering. I have extensive experience in catering for small to medium gatherings where I excel in creating personalized and memorable culinary experiences. Whether coordinating family or intimate celebrations I prioritise attention to detail and exceptional service service to ensure every event is enjoyable. The intention is to tailor menus to clients preferences with a keen eye for presentation and quality to deliver a catering experience that leaves a lasting impression on guests.
