Since graduating from Leeds College of Music with a first-class honors degree Katie has pursued a career as a freelance musician performing across the UK as a function singer. Katie has since formed 'Northern House Band', an upbeat, energetic function band available for bookings through Jonny Ross Music, specializing in weddings, functions and corporate events. Katie has also made numerous appearances on the multi-award-winning Paul Gauguin Cruises.
As well as her function career, Katie has retained a musical career in performing her own material across the UK, with appearances at a multitude of legendary venues such as Brudenell Social Club, O2 Academy, Camden Assembly and more. Katie's vocal and songwriting abilities have provided her with such fantastic opportunities as performing at a number of UK festivals including Leeds and Reading Festival and Bluedot Festival, as well as opening shows for such established artists as Soft Cell's Marc Almond, and national radio play on BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music.

Excellent Set from Katie at our Jubilee Event
Katie was the final live music act at our Jubilee Picnic In The Park in Romanby, North Yorkshire, and her set was fantastic - themed songs for all ages - great voice and musicianship. Highly recommended!
