We were extremely disappointed with Khan's Whippy. They confirmed attendance at our nursery summer fair just two days before, but failed to show up without any notice. We tried to contact them multiple times on the day and afterwards but received no response and, to this day, no explanation or apology. Their absence left many children and families upset and impacted the atmosphere of the event. For a company providing services to community and family events, reliability and communication are essential. Sadly, Khan’s Whippy showed neither. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.

Excellent all round! Very good selection of whipped cones, ice creams and lollies to suit all tastes on a very hot day. All items fairly priced. Great flexibility in setting up and positioning the smart ice cream van. This service would add value to any occasion from (our) charity event to parties, weddings and exhibitions. Sher Khan is a charming guy who gave sensitive and great service to all his customers. Thank you.
