King Whippy Surrey

We had pre-booked and paid for a number of ice - creams to be served. Attending numbers had risen without us known, but Mr King Whippy checked in and asked if he should continue serving. So glad he had brought extra supplies. Would definitely recommend using King Whippy again without a doubt

We had an event at our premises, Ice cream van turned up on time, had plenty to choose from in fact might have been too much choice, everyone had something to choose from and we were not disappointed. Will definitely use again.

We hadn't told guests that we'd have an icecream van so it was a nice surprise for everyone to head over and choose what they'd like from the menu. Communication was a little slow and I'd often have to call/follow up again with Shaheer to get answers and proceed with the booking. In fact, it wasn't until I put out a second quote request on Add to Event, that he got back to me with the agreement for the final cost, obviously after seeing I was going to move on to find someone else. It was £390 for 1 hour for 100 ice creams, a reasonable cost, but as we only had 60 guests, with many of the elder guests not wanting to have ice creams, it would have been ideal if the portion sizes had been bigger.

This was a last minute request but king whippy responded very quickly and efficiently. Turned up before time at our event and served 250 ice creams in 90 minutes. Would use them again.
