KONJ was created from a passion for sharing Persian culture and hospitality through food. Originally from Iran and now based in Edinburgh, I wanted to create a modern Persian dining experience that feels warm, memorable, and welcoming. What started as a dream became a restaurant known for combining traditional Persian flavours with contemporary presentation and high-quality ingredients.
