Kudos started with a simple belief: the technical side of an event should feel invisible so the celebration can take centre stage. Years on, we have grown into a full-service event production, AV and DJ company, but the mindset has not changed. We got into this because we love the moment a room transforms, when the lighting drops, the sound lands, and the dance floor fills. That is what drives us to sweat every detail, arrive prepared, and treat every event as if it were our own.

With over 20 years delivering events across the UK and internationally, we have produced everything from intimate private celebrations to large scale corporate productions. Our team has built full stage, sound and lighting setups in some of the country’s most prestigious venues, including the Natural History Museum, as well as hotels, marquees, private estates and destination locations.

Working in landmark and heritage venues has taught us how to care for an event properly: respecting the space, meeting strict venue requirements, and protecting the building while still delivering a standout production. It is also where the detail matters most. We plan for the things most suppliers overlook, from cable management and load in timings to how the lighting reads on camera, so the event runs seamlessly and looks the part from every angle. We work with couples planning weddings, companies running corporate events, conferences and brand launches, and private hosts marking milestone birthdays and anniversaries. Our clients range from those wanting a single DJ and dance floor to event planners needing a full production build with stage, sound and lighting. We regularly deliver Asian and destination weddings, and we support fellow suppliers through dry hire.

Kudos AV is the in house production partner at the IXL Events Centre, Dallas Burston Polo Club, and an accredited production partner across some of the UK’s most prestigious venues. These include Royal Museums Greenwich (Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory and Queen’s House), the Natural History Museum (Hintze Hall and Earth Hall), Waddesdon Manor, Syon Park, the Foundling Museum and the Postal Museum. We also work regularly at ExCeL, Olympia and the NEC.

We hold four ISO certifications, independently audited every year: ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for health and safety, and ISO 27001 for information security.
