I booked this lady thinking she was genuine as she contacted me via Add to Event. She was very pushy for payment initially and everything was agreed via messaging. She arrived an hour late and done a quarter of the set up as all guests had arrived. How professional of her and blamed this on traffic. Was apologetic and agreed to refund me some money which she should. I wasn't happy with the amount but agreed to this as I was very upset that she had ruined my event and wanted to close this chapter. After taking my bank details she lied to say that a guaranteed refund had been generated. I chased her for 5 weeks continuously for my money when she refunded the amount that she'd said.
