Lemon & Thyme is the creation of Sandeep Thandi & Dan Gilbert. Both a combined 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Dan being the general manager of award-winning restaurant & wedding venue Langar Hall for over 9 years. Sandeep with an extensive background & knowledge from his work within the hospitality recruitment industry, supplying staff to events such as Royal Ascot, Epson Derby, Nottingham Post Food & Drinks award to name a few.
