Why Lime & Social

Food has been at the centre of my career—and my life—for over 14 years. Along the way, I've experienced the scale and pace of large-scale catering alongside the precision and attention to detail of fine dining restaurants. My Bajan heritage has also always been an influence on my cooking, along with a love of the warmth, generosity and togetherness that comes with Caribbean food and culture. I now want to bring that experience and passion into your home or event, combining professionalism and attention to detail with a warm, personal and relaxed approach.
