I'm a fully qualified head chef that has been given the opportunity to have my own business. Being Jamaican and living in the UK I missed propper home foods, so when I was given the opportunitythis year (2017) to share my passion for traditional carribean food i couldnt let it pass. I currently have a static food trailer situated in cardiff, which is where Oshie's Kitchen started.
