Liquid Mobile Bar

Hi, I’m Keshell, the founder of Liquid Mobile Bar — and I’d love to bring a little Liquid magic to your event! ✨

From the first welcome drink to the final cheers, we’re here to make your guests feel looked after. Think beautiful bars, colourful drinks and a friendly team who love helping people celebrate.

SIP IN STYLE Discover handcrafted cocktails, seasonal signatures and delicious mocktails, with real fruit, homemade syrups and thoughtful finishing touches. Choose our Summer Edit or Beyond the Frost collection, ask for your favourites, or add full-bar service with wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks.

SOMETHING FRESH Our fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes and protein shakes bring colour and flavour to workplace wellness days, brand launches, celebrations and sporting events. Bespoke menus and themed drinks can make your booking feel extra personal.

A BAR TO SUIT YOUR OCCASION Our pink horsebox, timber pop-up bars and drinks cart each bring their own personality. We’ll help you choose the right setup for your venue, guest numbers and style, from intimate gatherings to large events.

✨ MAKE IT YOURS Ask about welcome drinks, extra drinks per guest, unlimited packages or a fun cocktail masterclass. Add Liquid Drops for bottled juices, smoothies and wellness shots, or Liquid Bites for strawberry dessert cups, smoothie bowls and mini charcuterie platters.

With years of event experience and clients including Nike, Bumble and the BBC, we bring care, creativity and a personal touch to weddings, parties and corporate events across Bedfordshire and the UK.

Tell us your date, location, guest numbers and favourite drinks — we’ll put together a tailored quote and help bring your celebration to life. We can’t wait to hear what you’re planning!

Liquid began with a simple idea: bring people together over brilliant drinks and make every occasion feel special. Our first horsebox arrived in 2017, and the business has grown to include our pink horsebox, timber pop-up bars and drinks cart. I still love the personal side of every booking — hearing your plans, creating a menu that feels like you and seeing your guests enjoy that first sip. Today, Liquid Mobile Bar, Liquid Drops and Liquid Bites bring that same care to drinks, bottled wellness and beautifully served bites.

From intimate celebrations to events welcoming up to 5,000 guests, we’ve spent years bringing Liquid to weddings, parties, festivals, corporate events and brand activations. ✨ Our experience includes work with Nike, Bumble, the BBC, Selfridges, Pandora and Specsavers, alongside Cambridge May Balls and countless personal celebrations. Whether you’re planning a relaxed garden party or a busy company event, we’ll help shape a drinks experience that fits.

We love bringing people together! Our clients include couples planning weddings, hosts celebrating birthdays and hen parties, office teams, event organisers and brands looking for something memorable. We cater for private parties, corporate hospitality, launches, wellness days, festivals, sporting events and university balls across Bedfordshire and the UK.
