About Little Red Fire Truck

Little Red Fire Truck is our stand out vintage van specialising in wood-fired food.

We rotate our menu regularly but predominantly focus on our Neopoliotan-inspired pizzas and authentic Turkish flat-breads. We appreciate and value good quality ingredients, and for us that means keeping things as local and organic as possible. Working with Somerset suppliers such as Gothelney Farm for our flour, the seasons veg from Hugo at Tutty More Market Garden, as well as mozzarella from Brue Valley and cured meats from Westcombe Dairy to name just a few.

We are easily able to create a menu specifically for your event, whether that be a unique pizza or more of a taste of the levant via our flat-breads, anything is possible!
