We are a family run business who operates a genuine, charcoal fired Bavarian swing grill. We sell various sausages such as bratwurst, krakauer, ye olde English etc. Other meat options are also available. We are available for carnivals, corporate events, weddings, private parties and any other fetes etc.

Our staff are professional, polite, fully trained and uniformed. We are very flexible in what we offer and can cater for any event or occasion. Our 2 metre charcoal fired grill is constructed with food grade stainless steel and is very capable of high capacity, top quality food preparation.
