Thank you so much for your excellent service. Farook (I think that was his name) was an excellent driver and was so good helping me out of the car. I have rheumatic knees and have limited mobility. He also helped holding my umbrella over me when I got out of the car because there was such a downpour of rain. He got soaking wet just being such a gentleman!
