We had the worst experience with them. They were late by an hour - so arrived when the event started and the kids were in. When we called them - they suggested to cancel as if this is an option 20 mins before the event starts. It took them 20 mins to setup, but the printer did not work for additional 1+ hour. As the pictures were printed 2 hours later, the whole experience of taking a photo - print - stick to an album - write a message - did not work until 1.5-2 hours to the event. Although I sent our logo in advance and asked for a mock up, they did not do that, and on the event it looked so bad, we just dropped it. They asked for the entire pay, and lied that they produced 100 pics while it was only 60.

wedding reception & we wanted a simple template with the couple’s name & date etc & Kamran from magic mirror said we have to design our own & did not give clear advice on what the template should contain. we sent him examples & than we designed one which was not suitable & then my daughter designed an other one spending hours on it & he said that was ok & then superimposed the two templates resulting in the couple names appearing twice on the photos. It looked very unprofessional. printer not working ( No back up) & so many people did not use the photobooth & guests could not write in the guest book! still the person working demanded full payment & they wanted in cash to avoid tax. When I contacted the owner Kamran he was very rude.
