About Mariella Photographer

I’m Maria, the photographer behind Mariella Photography, and on TikTok, my 16K followers know me as “The Love Therapist.” Why? Because somehow, by the end of every session, my couples look at each other like they’ve just fallen in love all over again. I don’t just take photos, I create moments. My style is natural, emotional and storytelling-focused. I specialise in capturing real connections rather than stiff, overly posed images. Even when I guide you with prompts or positioning, it never feels forced. I create space for you to laugh, breathe, tease each other, hold hands a little tighter, and that’s where the magic happens. Working with me feels relaxed, fun and effortless. I understand that being in front of the camera can feel awkward at first, especially on such an emotional day. That’s why I gently direct you in a way that feels natural. I’ll guide you through movement instead of rigid poses, so you never feel uncomfortable or unsure of what to do. Every wedding is special to me because every couple has a different story. Before your big day, I take the time to understand your dynamic. Are you playful? shy? romantic? chaotic? soft? I photograph your energy, not just your event. On your wedding day, I become more than just your photographer. I’m your calm energy, your dress fluffer, your timeline helper, your hype girl! and the person making sure your most meaningful moments are beautifully preserved. My goal is simple: When you look back at your photos years from now, I want you to feel it, not just see it. Because your wedding isn’t a photoshoot. It’s the start of your forever.
