Hi, I'm Matt. I've been a chef for over 20 years and have cooked for some of the country's top establishments and chefs including Bonds and Roast in London and Gordon Ramsay. I have a wide range of experience and knowledge of numerous cuisines but being classically trained my core strength lies in French and British cuisines.

I specialise in creating memorable occasions through food for small groups and parties. I can create intimate celebratory picnics, full weekend catering options for hen and stag parties, slap-up family Sunday lunches, intricate and lavish dinners...and everything in between! (I also offer tuition.)
