In 2015, in the vibrant heart of Nigeria, my culinary journey took its first professional step. As a young woman with an unshakable passion for flavour and presentation, I turned what had long been a personal love for cooking into a career that would shape my life.
I began working professionally, crafting meals that blended traditional Nigerian tastes with refined techniques — each dish a reflection of heritage, creativity, and ambition. What started as catering small private events quickly grew into something more meaningful: an art form, a voice, and a brand that spoke to people through the language of food.
