Three years ago, I fell down a very specific rabbit hole… watching strangers arrange cheese, crackers and charcuterie on boards on the internet.

What started as “just one more video” quickly turned into me recreating them for every family gathering, tea party and excuse I could find. My poor family became my very willing (or not so willing! ) taste testers as I constantly experimented with new ideas.

Every time I’d make a graze, people would gather around it and ask where it was from. My husband would always say, “You should be selling these.”

I’d laugh, thank him, and carry on convincing myself I wasn’t good enough.

Fast forward three years… and here we are! Meikle & Fox is slowly growing, one graze at a time. Every enquiry, booking, like, share and recommendation still makes me do a little happy dance.
