About Mikey's Corner Slice

Mikey’s Corner Slice was born in South London, taking inspiration from ‘Grandma Pies’ in New York, ‘Pizza Al Taglio’ in Rome and Crisp Pizza W6 in London. We use a 48 hour, cold fermented dough for an airy crumb and depth of flavour, and bake out pizza in italian blue steel pans to give a crispy base to our square slices. Using the best, sustainable ingredients from regenerative flour grown in the UK to Nitrate-free pepperoni, our aim is to deliver interesting flavour combinations such as our ‘Morty Special’ which has a pistachio cream base, mortadella, fresh mozzarella and crushed pistachios. Square pizza is a rising trend and there are very few other people doing this style of pizza in London at the moment, especially the specific style that we make, so I believe all these things make our product truly unique and special.
