Mikey's Corner Slice

Mikey’s Corner Slice was born in South London, taking inspiration from ‘Grandma Pizza’ in New York. We use a 48 hour, cold fermented dough for a lightness and depth of flavour, and bake our pizzas in italian blue steel pans with extra virgin olive oil to give a crispy base.

Using the best, sustainable ingredients from regenerative flour grown in the UK to Nitrate-free pepperoni, our aim is to deliver interesting flavour combinations such as our ‘DON’ which has a San Marzano Tomatoe base, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Stacciatella, Hot Honey and Pecorino.
