Mimmo’s Pizza brings together 2 mate’s passion for well executed pizza, operating from a converted a horse box, it
houses everything we need to make great pizza - our food prep area (5* star hygiene rating) and 2 (very hot!) gas ovens. We both love making pizza and both agreed, we ain’t doing it half arsed!
It all started with private parties and we’ve now expanded into popups and festivals, bringing great pizza to all over Lancashire and beyond!
Some pizza trailers choose to use premade frozen dough, but that’s not us. Ours is made by us from 4 ingredients - flour, water, yeast and salt, proved for 36 hours to give more flavour. Each pizzas is then hand stretched and topped with high quality Italian ingredients - it just slaps from that first bite. We’re not Dominoes, we’re influenced by the the original pizza bars of Naples, simple flavour combinations that have stood the test of time, no gimmicks and no pineapple (sorry).
We have years of experience in creating pizzas for large private events, such as weddings, birthdays and more. Not only are our pizzas something special, we’d like to think our beautiful horse trailer will bring a beatifuful aethestic to your special day.
