Our Story
I am a mother of four who enjoys hosting, cooking and bringing friends and family together over food. My kids absolutely love mini dutch pancakes loaded with sauces and toppings. One day, I decided it would be a great idea to have an interactive, live pancake station at events, which would add a fun element to any occasion. And that's how I started my little humble business!
Our Team
The people behind every Pancake cart is myself and my husband who has wealth of experience in food technology and manufacturing. He runs his own food manufacturing business and his product is sold at Whole Foods.
