I am a licensed ice cream van operator and hold the appropriate licence for my vehicle. I also have valid public liability insurance to ensure that I am fully covered when providing services at events and to the public. In addition, I have completed a recognised food hygiene course and follow appropriate food safety and hygiene procedures when handling and serving food. I take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and professionalism at all events.
