About Mizcarib

We have done mainly festivals and fairs but what we offer is versatile and our catering unit can be taken anywhere.

We use Jerk drums to prepare our jerked meat and fresh ingredients and seasonings for our other dishes. Our menu can be modified to accommodate our customer. So if your not to keen on spices we can reduce it, I also offer more traditional menu items such as beef burgers, dirty fires, hot dogs, breakfast baps.

Typical Clients

We have catered at a variety of festivals, fairs, charity events and food shows around the country, Private parties and cooperate functions even location catering for photo shoots. No safe location is off limits.

Amazing food!

Tanya catered for a large company lunch and it was amazing. Food arrive hot, on time and was delicious. we had rice and peas, curry goat, veg curry and plantain. Portion sizes were great and many of us took food home. Communication was great and we would definitely recommend and use again.

Amazing!

Food was delivered nice and piping hot. Was absolutely delicious. Was so glad before I told everyone to did in I had plate up some for me to take home as it went lighting fast. Everyone was pleased with the food it defo lived up to my expectation.
