Harry, my longtime friend and talented chef, and I have grown up together and worked alongside each other for years. His creativity and skill in the kitchen ensure every dish is delicious and beautifully presented.
Erin has been with us for five years, learning and growing with the business. Her dedication and attention to detail help make sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Our waitstaff are experienced professionals who have worked across a wide range of events. They know how to adapt to different situations, think on their feet, and solve problems quickly, ensuring our guests always receive friendly, attentive service.
