We're a deliberately small family run specialist caterer - 30 - 250 guests is our sweet spot. We keep our overhead low and pass on the savings to you. Film / TV / Influencers shoots anywhere in the UK. Private parties, corporate events.

We have field kitchens, an Airstream style pizza trailer, traditional Citroen HY van and can get to any location as we're good with difficult access and off grid 4 mobile roasting machines for hog, lamb, chicken rotisserie, BBQ, mac 'n cheese, lasagne - the works. Authentic Mexican street food (proper Mexican, not Tex Mex) with handmade tacos. A large commercial, custom made charcoal BBQ for the smells and flavour. A large selection of salads using British ingredients where we can. Full range of compostable and disposable cutlery and plates, we also have china and stainless steel cutlery to rent.

We provide exceptional value and service and aim to take the stress away from you but providing good communication and quotes that are very easy to understand and compare.

Like many. COVID caused a change in direction for me. Formerly a SME executive, I had build up and sold 2 companies. I started a small pizza business after COVID and it has grown in line with my pace of life since then. I have ALWAYS loved cooking and take a huge amount of pride in doing so. Whilst the hours can be touch, my family are all involved and we are lucky enough to spend the time together
