What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to give the customer a comprehensive quote we would like the date, timings, indoor or outdoor venue and the rough amount of guests that might be coming along. From this we can try and give you a more bespoke quote rather than that menu A, menu B or menu C as there might be items on those menus that you don't even like!

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the provider what experience he has, how long they have been in business and what makes them suited to the type of catering you might be looking for, as you the client want confidence from the trader chosen to deliver the right product at a price you have asked for!

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After having worked for large companies and forever having to cut down on the portion size or getting a better gross profit for my company thus losing customers I decided I could focus on quality by going to work for myself. I would not be compromising on any of the core values of good quality, good customer service and being able to be flexible to suit your customer who would then come back time and time again ensures stable and ethical business.
