The ethos of Mustard. It's a nostalgic look back at classic, fat patty burgers. With smashed patties having been a buzzword for the last 10 years, Mustard is about classic burgers and classic flavours, done right.
Think: 'your dad pulling out the grill in your garden as a kid and throwing on some burgers'. That homely feel, nostalgia in a bun.
Bright colours. Great burgers....and 1980s branding inspiration, what more could you want?
As for what sets us apart, we consistently get fantastic feedback about the food and our customer interaction. Not only that, but at numerous festivals and events, we are told on multiple occasions by customers and trader management teams that we are the busiest trader on site, that we're a joy to work with, and that our burgers are the best they've tasted!
