MY-WAY Kitchen

MY-WAY Kitchen is a retro looking American school bus in which we have fitted a fully commercial self-contained kitchen so we are able to do events ranging from birthday parties, corporate events, weddings to gourmet dinner parties. We have a big marquee which can be attached to the side of the bus and we can seat around 70 people snugly. On either side of the bus there are built in TV screens which can play clips or movies to promote your event even more or simply entertain your guests. We also have a massive sound system, live Bands, DJs, lights, lasers, a haze machine, a gas heater, a big generator, temporary flooring, and benches and tables that you can hire from us as well. We are perfect for festival weddings as the kitchen in our bus is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, 2 fryers, 5 fridges, a freezer, a blender and a professional coffee machine so we can even provide you with a lovely breakfast or a brunch. We also have a fully licenced cocktail bar with some interesting new cocktails alongside the old time classics. Our ethos is: homemade with love. We serve good quality food from local sources, that's why we get our meat e.g. rare breed beef which is hung for 35 days from a local farm, our bread and buns come from an Italian artisan bakery, our greengrocer also delivers fresh fruits and vegetables early in the morning so we know everything is of first-class quality. The idea of our menu is simple but still mouthwatering. From Gourmet Burgers to Pulled Pork and Brownies and from Seafood Chowder to Pies and Eaton Mess to only name a few of our customers’ favorites.
