Great delivery and set up for a memorable event
Derek did a great job in setting up video and sound for our memorial party - everything worked perfectly and the large video screens were a great success. However, we had an unnecessary technical hitch during set up as Derek had not informed me that he could not use photos in a CD format. And he did not have the necessary cable to use my Mac laptop. Derek did resolve the issue, but it was unnecessary stress and avoidable with better early communication.
