Stage Services are an event production company based in the West Midlands. We are specialists in outdoor events whether it be a small local event to working with other companies on large scale festivals and one off shows. We are able to work with you from the early stages of planning an event of any type, from drawing table plans for marquees to lighting plans for staged events, right through to providing full lighting sound and power distribution for your chosen event.

Excellent from start to finish!
Andy and the team went above and beyond to provide a generator and lighting for our wedding. He was so professional throughout, calm, and absolutely no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and he explained things clearly and listened to what we wanted. A huge thank you to Andy and the team for your incredible work wrangling the various requirements of power, sound and lighting for our wedding! Andy and the team were so competent, calm and thorough, they really made the whole day come together as a success. Andy knew exactly what would work and made such helpful suggestions such as placement of uplighters which worked brilliantly. He turned a medieval great hall into a brilliant disco venue! Could not recommend more strongly.
Fantastic service
Can’t rate them highly enough. They went above and beyond. Amazing service, by far the best. Worked such long hours to make sure everything was just perfect. Stayed until dark to make sure everything was right and even came back the morning of to check everything over again. Attention to detail was spot on. Great guys who I would highly recommend and I’m so glad we found them. Thank you for making our wedding sparkle!
Superb service, equipment and instructions
They came an set up in the middle of setting tables for the wedding, and they didn’t interfere, it was a seamless set up. The whole set up was simplified making it very easy to manage music inside and out, as well as the microphone. They even adapted the set up so the microphone could be used some distance from the main event. Which was not quoted for. They collected the next day quietly and efficiently.. cannot fault them at all, a very easy experience in what could have been a stressful time. Thank you so much!
