Having spent 20 years each in the catering industry, we finally decided that we could build something very special and unique. Every Wedding or event is a privilege to be a part of and nothing drives us both more than delivering a world class level of both style and service.

Northern Hog & Roast has years of experience providing high-quality hog roasts and event catering across the North. We’ve catered for hundreds of events, from private parties to large celebrations, and were proud to complete our 200th wedding last year — a milestone that reflects the trust couples place in our food and service. Using quality ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and a friendly, professional approach, we focus on delivering great flavours and stress-free catering every time.

Both have Level 3 diplomas in professional cookery and have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. We are supported by are two incredible daughters, and all hold level 3 & 4 food safety certificates.
