Hello, my name is Dionne and in 2022 I opened Oak and Peel in the lovely village of Chatburn. My goal is to recreate real authentic wood-fired pizza while fusing other crafts that I am very much accustomed to and creating a casual vibe working from our 1950’s style Airstream trailer.

Before launching Oak and Peel I spent many years with my family where some are of Italian heritage learning techniques and the importance of proper dough, the sauce, as well as how to handle a wood-fired oven.

My passion was further elevated when I attended courses with Marco Fuso and since then it's been pizza time nearly every day.

The core ingredients at Oak and Peel are imported from Italy to ensure authenticity and quality of flavour.

We continue to grow from strength to strength learning as we go and perfecting our craft. I am available to speak to you either over the phone or zoom/teams meetings to discuss your needs on how we can make your special day even more special and bring everyone together through of course…pizza.
