About Off The Record Disco

For your event, how important is the music? Would you like your guests to remember a good night or a great night? One way to create a memorable night is to create good atmosphere and this is where I can help. With just over 40 years experience and thousands of weddings, birthday parties and corporate events under my belt, I am in a position to help you make your special event a success. I provide the music that encourages people to dance, at a volume that is suitable for all. I welcome input from yourselves and your guests, by way of music choices, and play the right music in the right order, using my experience to work out what feels right for the night. I supply clear-sounding music from a professional sound system and my lighting is tailored to your individual tastes, ranging from tasteful, discreet lighting to full on nightclub-style laser based lighting.

I always carry backup equipment of the essential items as all electrical items can fail at some point. So if you are in need of a friendly, organised, experienced, professional DJ - please get in touch.

Typical Clients

I am equally at home entertaining at corporate events as I am the most demanding Bride and Groom. I have a residency in a major hotel and also a casino and I am the recommended DJ for three golf clubs for their functions and three wedding venues.

Absolutely brilliant

Jerry is a great guy and a brilliant dj. He communicated well and the emails were always fun to read. He gave us a link so guests could choose their songs and then came round the week before and we went through a play list and he made suggestions and added what he knew would work. I would highly recommend and literally everyone commented to say how good he was

Great tunes and lights

Jerry is a great guy and has a great set up. He managed to get all our favourite tunes in and even get some of the non-dancers up. It was really easy to communicate pre party and choose songs. A great party

Great DJ!

We had our joint 40th birthday party, and so glad we picked Jerry! He was great from the start of booking, replied to emails quickly and we set up a playlist of our favourite songs. On the night he was on time and played a good mix of songs! We didn't want the night to end, if we have another party we will be booking Jerry again!

Amazing!!

Jerry was quite simply fantastic. We booked him for our wedding on Saturday. I had sent him an idea of the type of music we liked and he got it so perfectly right. Jerry arrived during the day to set up so that everything was perfect for when we arrived. He looked immaculate was so very professional and yet totally approachable and in tune with his audience even joining in with the dancing. All requests were listened to and he made a lovely day quite simply perfect. I can't recommend him enough. 10 out of 10 for sure. Thank you Jerry
