We serve proper sourdough cheese toasties from our beautifully converted horse trailer, freshly made to order using locally baked, generously buttered Welbeck sourdough, our signature blend of mozzarella, cheddar and Gruyère, and quality ingredients inspired by flavours from around the world.

Whether you're planning a wedding, private party, corporate event, festival, or community celebration, we'll work with you to create a menu and service that fits your event. From relaxed evening food and wedding breakfasts to birthday parties, pub gardens and everything in between, every toastie is cooked fresh to order in front of your guests, filling the air with the irresistible smell of toasted sourdough and melted cheese.

As a small independent business, you'll deal directly with me from your first enquiry through to the day itself. I'll work closely with you to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the food.

If you’d told me 10 years ago that one day I’d own a cheese toastie trailer, I would have laughed. A lot. Back then, I was studying Human Biology, and the future I imagined looked very different.

One thing that got me through was my trusty George Foreman grill and, quite frankly, an embarrassing amount of cheese and bread. Toasties were my go-to after coursework all-nighters, nights out, or simply when I needed something quick and guaranteed to hit the spot.

In uni days, they were very simple.

Bread + cheese + grill = easy peasy, right?

Over the years, that student staple became a bit of an obsession. I started experimenting, trying new flavour combinations and discovering that a really banging toastie could be so much more than just a quick snack.

After almost 8 years working in sales, I realised I wanted to build something of my own, hands-on, to bring people together.

So… I went back to something that had always made people (and myself) happy: toasties.

Oh So Toastie is all about taking that nostalgic comfort food we know and love, and giving it the attention it deserves. Proper sourdough bread, quality ingredients, and seriously moreish cheese combinations, tried, tested and definitely eaten.

You’ll find us serving up proper sourdough toasties at markets, festivals, weddings and private events. It could be feeding a crowd at a busy festival, bringing something different to a pub garden, or creating a memorable food moment for a special celebration.

I’m happiest when there’s a queue at the hatch, music playing, people chatting away and that perfect mix of good vibes, food and a buzzy atmosphere.

Because for me, a toastie has ALWAYS been more than just bread and cheese!
