About O'Hagan's Sausages

O'Hagan's cater to a wide range of events. From big festivals to small private parties, including weddings and corporate events. The menu can range from meat in a roll to a full 3-course meal.

The menus are often based around our award winning sausages. With over 170 varieties of sausage, they always produce great talking points at a party. Sausages include flavours like traditional pork, wild boar apple and calvados, Toulouse garlic and beef with Guinness. While sausages are the main part of our business we serve anything that is beautiful when cooked on a fire. Pesto prawn kebab canapes, succulent marinated, hog roast, chicken thighs and steaks are always favourites.

While the meat or veggie option is always the centrepiece of what O'Hagan's do, we are also famous for our selection of condiments and salads. A huge selection of sauces and chutneys are also provided to add to the dining experience.
