We’re Otis Breading, and we make Suffolk sourdough toasties with a twist. Our journey started with a £500 bid on a little horsebox and a couple of vinos, and now we’ve served our toasties at Glastonbury, Latitude, and We Out Here. Inspired by travels, mixed heritage, and a love of bold flavours, we take the humble British toastie and pair it with top-quality ingredients, house-made ferments, and proper local cheese.
