At Outback Bars, we bring the bar to you—whether it’s a relaxed garden party, an elegant wedding, or a bustling festival. Our fully qualified technical service engineers ensure your event runs smoothly with professional-grade setup, support, and equipment.
We specialise in tailored bar and cellar solutions for events of all sizes. From rustic, handcrafted bars perfect for intimate gatherings to over 100 feet of bar space ideal for high-capacity events, we’ve got you covered.

• Qualified Cellar Service Engineers – What’s your event company’s plan if the bar equipment fails mid-event? With us, you won’t have to worry. Every hire comes with an on-call cellar service engineer. In fact, we’re the team other companies call when things go wrong.
• Public Liability Insurance – We’re fully insured, and happy to provide proof. Always ask to see this—any reputable company should be transparent about their cover.
• Licensing Compliance (TENs) – A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is legally required for any event selling alcohol, even if the operator holds a personal licence. We handle this for you and ensure everything is above board—unlike some companies who cut corners and risk events being shut down.
• Keg Sourcing – Where are their kegs coming from? Are they willing to share their supplier details? There are too many questionable kegs in circulation—we only work with trusted, reputable suppliers to guarantee quality and safety.
