What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, the potential venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, I would ask about what experience they have with proven examples of things they have done, You will then be able to judge if they are worth the money and if they will commit to your event instead of just turning up. With the area of work we are in, we have to enjoy our job to make the customers happy. No one wants to see an unhappy face behind a bar.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Bliss Flair Academy mobile bars was born out of love for all things alcoholic. We have a lot of experience in the bartending industry, and wanted to share that with others. Our passion has always been providing great service and giving people the day of their dreams. With experience across Europe, we wanted to set up another side to our company in the UK and that's where it came from. I wanted to create a mobile bar business that had customer focus at its core.

There have been lots of bookings through this platform, that I am personally so delighted about. It is too hard to choose just one, but I have recommended Add to Event to a lot of my friends in the industry and will carry on to recommend it as it's a great platform.
