Our Story
I do what I do because food has always been my language — the way I connect, create, and care. From the first time I stepped into a kitchen, I was hooked by the rhythm, the heat, the alchemy of turning raw ingredients into something that brings people together. Cooking isn’t just a skill for me — it’s a calling. It’s where I feel most alive, most expressive, and most grounded.
I started out as a professionally trained chef, drawn to the craft not just for the flavours, but for the stories behind them. Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitality, catering, and foodservice, building a career that blends culinary expertise with commercial strategy. But no matter how far I’ve gone in business development or distributor management, I’ve never lost sight of the kitchen — of the joy that comes from feeding people something soulful, something memorable.
What inspires me now is the chance to bring that love of food back to the forefront. I’m launching a street food venture rooted in bold flavours, cheeky branding, and a deep respect for tradition — especially the rustic, Portuguese dishes I found along the way.
