Our famous cachapas are a Venezuelan-style corn bread, made with fresh, sweet corn and filled with rich, vibrant flavours.
Choices of Fillings:
•Shredded Beef – Marinated Caracas-style and slow-cooked in our signature sofrito
•Pulled Chicken – Specially marinated and braised in a flavourful herby broth
•Black Beans – Our world-famous Venezuelan-style stewed black beans
Each cachapa is served with melted cheddar cheese, crispy fried plantains, and creamy avocado. Gluten-free and halal.
Arepas A Venezuelan staple, our arepas feature a soft, fluffy interior and a crispy golden exterior, filled with rich, vibrant flavours or served simply on their own. Choices of Fillings: •Cheddar Cheese, Fried Plantains, and Creamy Avocado •Shredded Beef – Marinated Caracas-style and slow-cooked in our signature sofrito, with cheddar cheese, fried plantains, and creamy avocado •Pulled Chicken – Marinated and braised in a herby broth, served with cheddar cheese, fried plantains, and creamy avocado •Black Beans – Venezuelan-style stewed black beans with cheddar cheese, fried plantains, and creamy avocado
