Party Event Security was founded by Richard, who brings over four decades of experience in security management. Throughout his career, he recognised a clear gap in the market — many events, particularly private parties, teen birthdays, weddings, and corporate functions, required a more professional, approachable and well-presented level of security than was typically being offered.

This led to the creation of a service focused not just on security, but on how security is delivered.

We specialise in providing smart, well-spoken, SIA-licensed and fully insured security guards who use common sense, strong communication, and a calm presence to manage events effectively. Our approach is to ensure guests feel safe and comfortable, without creating an overly heavy or intimidating atmosphere.

What inspires us is the ability to support clients during important occasions — whether it’s a milestone birthday, a wedding, or a corporate event — and to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes. We understand that every event is different, and we take pride in delivering a service that is professional, reliable, and respectful of the environment we are working in.

We specialise in providing professional security for private events, including birthday parties, private parties in homes and venues, weddings, and corporate events.

Our team are experienced in managing a wide range of events, from smaller private gatherings to larger functions with over 100 guests. We understand the importance of maintaining a safe, controlled environment while also ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed and enjoyable.

All of our guards are SIA-licensed and fully insured, with strong communication skills and a calm, approachable manner. We are particularly experienced in managing events involving younger guests, where it’s important to balance firm control with professionalism and discretion.
