We are a small family business.
We do weddings, parties and events.
Our hog roast is cooked on coal and we carve not pull.
We also have numerous smokers which we do beef, chicken, pork, and gammon and also cater for vegans & vegetarians.
We supply the plates, knives, forks, and napkins.
We cater for the size of the party.
Included in the basic price are Meat, Rolls, Stuffing and Sauces.
We also do buffets.
We have a 5-star rating for food standards.
We have also sat the allergens and intolerance course.

A fantastic experience
PDR catered for our Wedding Anniversary garden party. The file booking process was smooth and easy. Philip was helpful and responded to queries quickly. They arrived on site punctually and set up without a fuss. We were shown the locally sourced provenance of the pork along with the high quality welfare credentials. PDR are a proud family business with strong ethical beliefs. The hog was cooked slowly to perfection, over coals, and the served with a selection of delicious sides. Everyone agreed that the food was tasty, plentiful and most came back for seconds. I would highly recommend them and word definitely use again.
