Professional Indoor & Outdoor event family catering services, based in Brighton and covering surrounding areas.
Specialists in Traditional Hog Roasts
Packages start primarily for guests of 40+, but smaller parties can be catered for with smaller roasting joints. We cook on site fresh so be aware we will require a minimum of 8 hours cooking time and an electric source.
We use only the best quality fresh pork prepared to the very highest standard that is guaranteed to tempt and satisfy the most discerning palate. Brett has been working in the butchery trade for over 14 years, our hogs come locally sourced and only the very best make it to your event.
Served in a floured bap with a choice of Sage & Onion stuffing and Apple Sauce, with optional sides.
For indoor or outdoor events our Spit Roast oven is a completely self contained portable unit, delivered, prepared, cooked and served by our staff for a hassle free event.
All our ingredients used are the best quality, our breads are baked fresh every day and our salads and sides are also prepared fresh on the day of your event An ideal addition to your corporate event, party or fair.

Fantastic Hogroast
I couldn’t have asked for a better supplier. The Hogroast was out of this world and everyone loved it (so much so that everyone had 2 baps ) Andy and stacey were fantastic from start to finish and so friendly. I cannot wait to book you guys again. And safe to say I had a number of people ask me for your details.
