We are a small, family-run business born out of a passion for great food and meaningful connections. We operate a unique mobile pizzeria specialising in authentic Neapolitan pizza, served from a beautifully restored 1972 horse trailer converted into a vintage-style pizza truck.

Our speciality is traditional Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven using high-quality ingredients imported directly from Italy. The dough is slow-fermented to achieve a perfect texture and rich flavour. My husband is the heart of our kitchen – with over 18 years of experience in baking, his skill and dedication are evident in every bite.

I work as a restaurant manager by day, so I understand the importance of not just great food, but also excellent customer service. At our pizzeria, we focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere, authentic flavours, and memorable experiences for our guests.
