Our Story
Hi! We are POZZA' Coffee!
We dedicate our time to providing brands, organisations, and people with our artisan coffee experience. Founded by coffee lovers and experience creators Rory and Emily, POZZA’ was born after years spent working in the events world - from large corporate events to festival fields. During that time, we realised something was missing. The artisan coffee experience that speciality coffee shops do so well was almost non-existent in the event and coffee catering world. We made it our mission to change that, and we’ve been doing just that ever since.
Our brand is big, bold, and blue. It is a true reflection of our energy and creativity. We took a run-down vintage horse box trailer and poured every ounce of time and passion we had into renovating it. Now, along with our fully brandable coffee carts, we work with a range of large businesses to provide our artisan coffee experience at their events. Our coffee trailer is fully self-sufficient, making it usable in locations without any water or power, and our coffee cart is foldable and lightweight, meaning steps and awkward locations will not stop us from delivering.

Working with POZZA’ means supporting a wider community of ethical producers who share our passion for quality and responsibility. Dusty Ape, our expert small-batch coffee roaster, perfectly embodies these values, allowing us to serve coffee that’s both delicious and thoughtfully sourced. Our Team
Our team is small, but we are certainly mighty! Pozza' Coffee is run by a fun loving duo, Rory and Emily. The pair first met while managing a busy street food truck and quickly discovered a shared love for great events and quality products. What started as a friendship built on hard work and good humour soon evolved into a shared vision: to bring an artisan coffee experience to the world of events.
Rory is the operational mastermind and hands on craftsman behind the brand. The logistics guru and all-round DIY man behind the wheels. From designing and building their signature coffee setups to ensuring every event runs seamlessly, his practical knowledge and problem-solving skills keep Pozza' moving smoothly, wherever the job takes them.
Emily is the fine details, the logic and creativity behind Pozza'. When presented with an idea, Emily will quickly work out the logical processes needed to execute to the highest standard. Customer experience is in her DNA, and it shows in our service. From the way we look to the way we interact, to the way we work. Emily will ensure you come away with an experience to remember.
Together, Rory and Emily bring love, fun, and professionalism to everything they do, proving that small teams can make a big impact. Their complementary skills and shared passion for coffee, and events are what make Pozza’ Coffee truly unique.
